We've developed a cutting edge system that protects online businesses from fraud. Our platform filters and differentiates between good and bad users, therefore mitigating risk and minimizing losses. The SEON system enables businesses to make better decisions based on the digital footprint analysis of an online consumer. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage client requests and issues, provide assistance with integration, technical issues and industry-related questions
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value, hold introductory meetings with new clients and establish a strong cooperative relationship
  • Keep the clients updated regarding our daily operations, new improvements and features
  • Track clients’ progress with integration and analyse their use of our product through a sophisticated CRM system
  • Research relevant industries, propose new improvement ideas
  • Close cooperation with the Business Development and Marketing teams to aid each other in our processes
  • Educate clients about our industry, create rules and workflows to reduce friction for users and decrease the number of fraudulent transactions

Our requirements are:

  • Advanced Business English is a must, most of our partners are foreigners
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive, helpful attitude
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Adaptability and strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Experience in Technical/Customer support, Fraud/AML related fields is an advantage
  • Experience with SaaS businesses 
  • Knowledge of another foreign language is a huge advantage
  • Willingness to work between 4pm - 12am CET and weekend shifts
