We are searching for a passionate Talent Sourcer who can join our team of Fraud Fighters. The Team is made up of Talent Partners, Sourcers, and People Partners, who are on a mission to expand the headcount and ensuring the wellbeing of our staff. The team will tackle an ambitious headcount growth challenge in 2022 and will seek to support our organization by scaling the number of staff members mostly in the Hungarian headquarters as well as in our Global offices. Our People & Talent team directly reports in to Bence Jendruszak (COO), so you will have to chance to work hands on with one of our founders. You will be adding great value to our journey by maximising the efficency of the talent team. Join us on our mission to creating a fraud free world!
What You'll do:
You are a Talent Sourcer aka Recruiter who is willing to move at speed and help SEON scale:
Build a candidate experience that is best in class one way would be to craft and send engaging emails and then speaking with the talent to understand whether they are passive and or active
Focus on sourcing productivity by engaging directly with talent through interacting with potential people that can join SEON on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github.)
Quality of screening feedback - and provide advice to the Talent Partners on how to convert candidates to hires, and have a ready to go Talent Pipeline
Research and implement ways that will enable SEON to be a diverse and inclusive team, with Talent Strategies top of mind
As expert who understands and knows the market best, you will share trends and data of what is impacting our talent pipeline today and the recommendations that you would make
What you bring:
Some experience in Recruiting Operations space with modern, best-of-breed tools (ATS systems, Linkedin Recruiter, etc.) in a fast pace environment.
Ability to understand the recruiting lifecycle and process and how to best optimize for efficiency and quality.
Interview and assessment skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.
Some experience as a sourcer within an inhouse team or an agency.
Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
