The Product and Software engineering department drives, oversees, coordinates, and executes the entire lifecycle of the product development. It’s a huge job, which is why we break it down into objectives and task-oriented initiatives. That involves delegating to a bunch of teams, including the Admin, Scoring, Data Enrichment, AI, Growth, Onboarding, QA, DevOps, and more – all collaborating to build the best anti-fraud tool possible.

The QA Team’s mission is to maintain our super low defect rate and super high customer satisfaction rate. We’re testing, fixing, and optimizing on all fronts, which means loads of collaboration with the Dev and Test engineers. It’s a key part of the Product Development department, and we’re fixated on keeping the SEON fraud-fighting machine running as smoothly as possible.

What you'll do:

• Actively participate in the development and release processes of our products;
• Perform manual tests for new features and regression testing;
• Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing, record test progress and results;
• Document and update test cases with the latest functionality;
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness;
• Discover bugs within software and document in project management system (Jira);
• Research and analyze product features;
• Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes;
• Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality.

What you bring:

• 2+ years of hands-on manual software testing experience in web development projects;
• Experience with the TestRail or similar Test Management tools and JIRA;
• Logical & systematic approaches to test plan development and execution for both functional and performance testing needs for frontend applications and REST APIs;
• Functional and manual testing experience for online platforms and applications;
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in automated integration tests coding;
• Scripted test in Postman;
• Coding in any language;
• SQL knowledge.
