The People and Talent Department is made of like-minded Talent Partners, Sourcers, and People Partners. We’re all dedicated to recruiting and attracting talent for our Budapest headquarters, but also global offices in London, Singapore, and Austin. It’s also our mission to ensure everyone feels great and gets the SEON vibe before onboarding.
We are searching for a passionate Lead Talent Partner who can join our team of Fraud Fighters. The team is made up of Talent Partners, Sourcers, and People Partners, who are on a mission to expand the headcount and ensuring the wellbeing of our staff. The team will tackle an ambitious headcount growth challenge in 2022 and will seek to support our organization by scaling the number of staff members mostly in the Hungarian headquarters as well as in our Global offices. Our People & Talent team directly reports in to Bence Jendruszak (COO), so you will have to chance to work hands on with one of our founders. You will be adding great value to our journey by attracting and hiring the right talent. Join us on our mission to creating a fraud free world!
What you'll do:
- Lead a team of talent partners and sourcers
- Manage a team of 3 members (later scaling up to 5).
- Help develop and improve current recruitment processes and suggest new ideas.
- Be a part of regular team and business unit update meetings on active searches and preparing reports.
- Design and own the entire recruiting life-cycle, including job description generation, sourcing, interview process design, extending offers, closing candidates, and measuring relevant KPI’s.
- Provide strategic guidance and advice as a trusted business partner to your direct reports.
- Capacity planning and assessing talent needs
- Work closely with Business Leads to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, function and how it fits into the organization.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and create candidate searches, shortlists, and the selection strategy.
- Take active part in the Talent Acquisition process
- Actively source candidates for our existing and forthcoming opportunities, promote the roles and as an employer of choice.
- Track pipeline activity to share insights with internal stakeholders and hiring partners and manage the entire candidate experience.
- Recommend and drive process improvements that impact recruiting effectiveness.
- Take active part in the Hiring process
- Provide hands-on recruitment support for interviews, interview days, and / or event driven activities.
- Take an active part in the hiring process, conducting initial interviews with shortlisted candidates within the framework of the job specification.
- Provide support in the onboarding process of the candidates.
- Engage with passive talent
- Find, engage, and attract passive candidates through a wide range of search techniques.
- Understand how to find and recruit passive candidates and can understand the candidate drivers.
About you:
- Proven experience as a recruiter within an inhouse team or an agency.
- Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to create a more diverse and equitable work environment including experience improving a previous employer’s diversity hiring strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing needs and generate new solutions to recruiting challenges.
- Critical and data-driven approach to manage candidate pipelines and stakeholders.
- Interview and assessment skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.
- Strong problem solving skills and proven history of building processes from the ground up.
Nice to have:
- Experience recruiting at-pace in a scaling environment.
- International recruitment / source experience.
- Extensive recruitment experience, in a lead role working within a tech startup environment.
