The Product and Software engineering department drives, oversees, coordinates, and executes the entire lifecycle of the product development. It’s a huge job, which is why we break it down into objectives and task-oriented initiatives. That involves delegating to a bunch of teams, including the Admin, Scoring, Data Enrichment, AI, Growth, Onboarding, QA, DevOps, and more – all collaborating to build the best anti-fraud tool possible.

The eCommerce team is here to help online stores protect themselves from fraudsters. Even better, we give them the tools to do it without much technical knowledge. We are laser-focused on understanding the pain points and needs of online store merchants – all while moving towards the huge mission of creating a fraud-free world.

What you'll do:

• Lead the development of outstanding fraud prevention solutions for major eCommerce platforms, like Shopify
  
• Deliver high-quality code with simplicity, performance, and scalability in focus
  
• Support, refine and suggest improvements to the current code base and new features
  
• Provide architectural and design direction
  
• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules
  
• Code quality assurance - understanding how the code is structured and finding the best ways to improve it
  
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard
  
• Performing troubleshooting when required
  
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  

What you bring:

• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
  
• Deep knowledge of NodeJS and React
  
• Experience with PHP
  
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
  
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, troubleshooting and technology support skills
  
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  
• Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients
  
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
