The Product and Software engineering department drives, oversees, coordinates, and executes the entire lifecycle of the product development. It’s a huge job, which is why we break it down into objectives and task-oriented initiatives. That involves delegating to a bunch of teams, including the Admin, Scoring, Data Enrichment, AI, Growth, Onboarding, QA, DevOps, and more – all collaborating to build the best anti-fraud tool possible.
SEON is cloud-based and built on AWS. The DevOps maintain that cloud infrastructure. We create, update, and automate it, generally making sure our anti-fraud products run as smoothly as possible – all while keeping a close watch on optimization and scalability.
What you'll do:
Implement automation processes to enable teams to develop, deploy, manage, and configure CI/CD
Support deploy processes for different components of our system
System troubleshooting and problem solving across internal applications
Build/improve internal monitoring tools
Monitor and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure
Perform root cause analysis for production errors
Develop and maintain architecture and troubleshooting documentation
What you bring:
3+ year experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to system resources or different applications
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Experience with high performance, scalable, multi-region AWS infrastructure
Experience with Git version control system
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Travis CI, TeamCity)
Nice to have:
Manage serverless applications
Coding (Java, Python, Node.js)
Graph database (Neo4j)
