We are searching for a passionate Talent & People Coordinator who can join our team of Fraud Fighters. The Team is made up of Talent Partners, Sourcers, and People Partners, who are on a mission to expand the headcount and ensure the wellbeing of our staff. The team will tackle an ambitious headcount growth challenge in 2022 and will seek to support our organization by scaling the number of staff members mostly in the Hungarian headquarters as well as in our Global offices. Our People & Talent team directly reports into our VP of People, so you will have a chance to work hands on with one of our Executive Team. You will be adding great value to our journey by maximizing the efficiency of the talent team. Join us on our mission to create a fraud free world!
This is a busy coordinator role with lots of variety and development opportunities, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys fast-paced environments, organizing and seeing a process through from start to finish! Typical duties include:
Support the Talent & People team with the logistics of the candidate process
Liaise with external recruiters, candidates & hiring managers on scheduling
Assist with the handover of new hires to People Operations Team
Ad-hoc administrative duties from across the People Team
Support Talent throughout various Interview stages
Execute Junior hires and Interns
Assisting in recruitment projects and initiatives
What You bring:
Experience with different facets of project management (e.g., creation of project plans, requirements gathering).
Experience in working on Talent initiatives.
Driven by results and execution focused with hands-on “Can do” attitude and a methodical approach even when working under pressure.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (in English).
Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
