What you'll do:

• You will drive, design, and deliver either new learning programs or take existing ones to the next level of their development
• You will help measure the impact and effectiveness of the implemented training programs (reduced onboarding time, but increased efficiency)
• You will take part in evolving our Learning & Development programs aligned with the company’s strategic goals
• You will provide product, process, and procedure training through individual or group sessions
• You will identify training and development needs and opportunities for the Sales team
• You will facilitate and conduct the onboarding training for new hires
• You will create a certification program for our commercial team to reduce individual ramp-time and help up our collective game

Nice to have:

• Administration expertise with LMS systems
• Degree in HR, Learning/Education, Psychology or any other relevant discipline is an advantage
• Demonstrated understanding of Adult Learning Theory and Principles
• At least 3 years of experience in a Learning & Development role and experience helping scale organizations is a huge advantage

We offer a 12months fixed term contract for this position.
