SEON is on a massive growth trajectory which implies that we are working on various technical projects across the board. We are looking for Technical Program Managers who are up for the challenge to lead major product development projects during their entire life cycle.

TPMs will join our Architecture team to help coordinate major technical projects across the organization. TPMs will coordinate between product development-, platform-, and the technical leadership team.

What you’ll do:

• Lead complex projects that involve many teams
• Work together with the Architecture team to support them in coordinating complex technical projects
• Work with product managers in developing a strategy and roadmap for technical projects
• Monitor and communicate project progress to stakeholders
• Work out the release, deployment, and migration plans for cross-organizational developments

What you bring:

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Problem solving aptitude
• Technical background with hands-on experience in software engineering
• Understanding of cloud computing (preferably: AWS)
• Strong understanding of the common software development lifecycle steps
