SEON, as a business, relies on a Product-Led-Growth approach. Ensuring the product is easy to understand is part of the Growth Team’s challenges. We maintain and develop the frontend and backend of the SEON Docs and the main website to the highest standard. There is a mix of static parts and dynamic content – all of which must be delivered with fantastic speed and stability. 

What you’ll do:

• Product management of our client-facing websites
• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision
• Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
• Lead developers, UI experts, and product professionals and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Lead meetings and facilitate workshops
• Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
• Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end-users

What you bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager or similar role
• Product manager experience in application development with high functional complexity
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Background in software development and program management is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile framework (Scrum), JIRA
• Organisational and leadership abilities
• Excellent English communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Creative thinking skills
