You will belong to the Product and Software engineering department, which drives, oversees, coordinates, and executes the entire lifecycle of the product development. It’s a huge job, which is why we break it down into objectives and task-oriented initiatives. That involves delegating to a bunch of teams, including the Admin, Scoring, Data Enrichment, AI, Growth, Onboarding, QA, DevOps, and more – all collaborating to build the best anti-fraud tool possible.

You'll work closely with marketing and product teams, and study target users and markets to collect and analyze data that will help inform the product design process. Your job will be to increase conversion and improve product performance.
 

What You'll do:

• Design and execute custom research to support the objective of the business
• Collaborate with the broader Product, Marketing, and Design organizations to understand business needs, design appropriate research studies to generate user-focused insights, and to execute a UX strategyDefine research plan scope: Closely collaborate with stakeholders to define main research questions, objectives that bring the most value to the Business Goal
• Build user journeys and personas
• Design and execute a variety of research studies, including user testing, field studies, usability tests, concept tests, group discussions, etc
• Synthesize quantitative data with qualitative data to help drive product and design decisions
• Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision
• Recruiting for interviews, user tests
• Create and own the processes, roadmap, and documentation related to research
• Scale the UX research function as we grow

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience in User Experience Research
• Hands-on experience lead generation and increasing conversion is preferred
• UX and UI design experience is a plus
• Great fluency with data
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Precise and problem-solving aptitude
• Creative thinking skills
• Being able to execute end-to-end research, independently
• Knowledge of when to apply which techniques and how to combine them to answer complex questions
• Ability to translate complex research findings into actionable documents
