We are searching for a passionate People Operations Specialist who can join our team of Fraud Fighters. The Team is made up of Talent Partners, Sourcers, and People Partners, who are on a mission to expand the headcount and ensure the wellbeing of our staff. The team will tackle an ambitious headcount growth challenge in 2022 and will seek to support our organization by scaling the number of staff members mostly in the Hungarian headquarters as well as in our Global offices. Our People & Talent team directly reports into our VP of People, so you will have a chance to work hands on with one of our Executive Team. You will be adding great value to our journey by maximizing the efficiency of the talent team. Join us on our mission to create a fraud free world!
What You'll do:
Own and optimize all hiring tools and systems (ATS, sourcing tools, etc.) related to recruitment in support of multiple operating units.
Manage KPI reporting for Talent tools, create custom reporting and dashboards.
Proactively manage all public facing talent & hiring communications.
Develop and maintain relevant networks, Globally
Create and implement outbound recruiting plans to proactively approach prospective candidates and talent pools.
Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the business needs and develop the right job descriptions.
Collaborate on standard operating procedures and help oversee the admin work of the Talent team to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
What You bring:
Experience with different facets of project management (e.g., creation of project plans, requirements gathering).
Experience in working on Talent initiatives.
Driven by results and execution focused with hands-on “Can do” attitude and a methodical approach even when working under pressure.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (in English).
Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
Proven experience in Recruiting Operations space with modern, best-of-breed tools (ATS systems, Linkedin Recruiter, etc.) in a fast paced environment.
Ability to understand the recruiting lifecycle and process and how to best optimize for efficiency and quality.
