Yes, the finance department makes all the strategic financial decisions based on business data. But we’re also a big part of the SEON culture: helping make the lives of SEON employees as easy as possible while keeping up with regulatory requirements. It’s the glue that bonds all departments, balancing reporting, forecasting, and providing support to the C-level team – to ensure the entire company moves as one.

We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to help us meet the challenge of massive growth. As we are expanding both in headcount and internationally the team is tackling rapidly increasing transaction count across various companies situated around the globe. You will be able to learn what building up processes bottom up looks like through helping our operations.

What you'll do:

• Record supplier invoices in our accounting system.
• Ensure that all supplier invoices are issued correctly.
• Build expense reports and record the corresponding invoices.
• Help support our work with the external accountants.
• Facilitate collection of customer invoices.
• Follow up with special customer & supplier requests

What you bring:

• Ongoing Bsc/ Msc studies preferably in accounting or finance
  
• Having an eye for details with good time management skills,
  
• Good time management skills
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Solution oriented personality who is open to learning something new every day
  
• Good English skills in spoken and written communication
• Part-time or Full-time both work
