What you’ll do:

• Be a key part of our social mission of fraud-fighting and protecting the growth of online commerce!
• Scale and lead the smartest, most coachable and effective SDR teammates
• Embed a learning and coaching culture into the DNA of this team
• Build and iterate on world-class Playbooks so this team can scale with repeatability and predictability
• Engineer processes to be more effective and efficient- commission plans, career paths and learning programmes
• Help exceed SDR team results to support our top-of-the-funnel net new pipeline goals
