What you’ll do:
Contribute to our massive global mission to protect the growth of online commerce!
Attract, coach and lead a team of BDMs in delighting and wowing our prospects and customers
Help the team overachieve sales quotas and having the right levels of pipeline coverage
Experience with MEDDIC
Great at demonstrating and coaching a consultative sales approach, wherein you solve for the pain, rather than just sell a feature
You bring technical sales experience, and you bring a lot of it.Our BDM team leads will be the go-to source of information for all things a prospect may ask, and their job won't be to delegate all of those questions, but to quickly onboard, learn and then teach
We work with mid market, high velocity companies- demonstrating this ICP would be an advantage
Love leading from the front and winning Deals with our teamies
Analyse leading indicators of ramp, onboarding and reboarding to help you predict your BDM’s results
Use data to help personalise coaching topics to help each BDM teamie succeed
Clear roadblocks so our BDM team can focus on revenue generating activities
Create a culture of coachability, customer centricity and winning
Proactively come up with strategies to improve win rates, decrease average sales times, improve forecasting accuracy, increase average contract value + increase fun
