You will be part of the sales team, collaborating cross-functionally to scale and improve our content enablement process and buyer conversations.

What You’ll do:
Develop strong relationships and influence across the business to drive the Sales Enablement program to success
Develop and lead Sales Enablement strategy, which includes: Developing and evaluating sales messaging / Developing in-depth sales collaterals / Providing guidance in how to best utilize available resources in sales / Create messaging in conjunction with sales, lifecycle and product marketing, to be used in customer engagement
Build out a strategy for the best way to support sales with the most relevant content for each buyer engagement and buyer stage
Gather anecdotes and stories from existing projects and ongoing sales engagements to optimize content and messaging for greater customer impact
Continuously monitor and optimize sales enablement resources based on qualitative and quantitative metrics
Use qualitative and quantitative methods to gain visibility if customers find our content engaging, to deliver feedback on repeatable patterns to drive new business
Grow this function from bottom up; autonomously defining success, bringing structure and process as well as creative ideas
What You bring:
Content enablement experience, with a demonstrated track record of crafting both strategy and content.
Understanding of buyer’s journey stages and value / consultative selling methodologies.
Demonstrated experience working with complex technical topics, conveying them through effective communication and creative content creation.
Ability to approach undefined problems and produce results, leveraging resourcefulness, creativity, motivation and a data-driven mindset.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliverables.
Ability to ‘storytell’, engage and excite.
Solid business acumen to understand the market needs and key customer challenges.
A cross-functional, collaborative team-player mindset.
Highly independent, adaptable and a fast learner.
Impeccable written and spoken English.
