Are you a champion Technical Support Analyst? Help us boost the SEON rocketship as we assemble our super team of fraud-fighting heroes. 🚀
As the name suggests, our team is all about customer success. We make their lives as easy as possible and guide them through the use of our anti-fraud tools, from onboarding to setting up risk rules, from optimisation to sharing their feedback with developers. It’s a fascinating, cooperative position where we regularly interact with Sales, Development, and Support.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for a variety of our clients, helping them solve technical problems with the SEON integration and day-to-day use
- Validate bug reports by reproducing and testing the issues, creating JIRA tickets for follow up
- Prioritise incoming technical issues and feature requests as per severity, clients’ strategic and commercial importance and complexity
- Cooperation with the Product Managers and developers to ensure their understanding of the business requirements when it comes to new feature requests, improvements and bugs
- Track our progress with the new developments and bug fixes while keeping the clients updated regarding these processes
- Help the CSM and BDM teams with clients’ technical issues and feature requests, be a bridge between CSM/BDM and PMs
What you bring:
- Experience in technical support, QA or Project management roles
- Experience with REST APIs, JIRA, Postman, Kibana
- Advanced Business English is a must, we have mainly foreign partners
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, affinity for IT
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with Fraud/Payments/Risk is an advantage
