Are you a champion Customer Success Manager? Help us boost the SEON rocketship as we assemble our super team of fraud-fighting heroes. 🚀
As the name suggests, our team is all about customer success. We make their lives as easy as possible and guide them through the use of our anti-fraud tools, from onboarding to setting up risk rules, from optimization to sharing their feedback with developers. It’s a fascinating, cooperative position where we regularly interact with Sales, Development, and Support.
We're in for a crazy ride, and that's why we need bold and talented individuals who will own these key areas. Who will make an impact on the Front Office field - because, ultimately, these translate not only to a business bottom line, but in making the internet a safer space for everyone - whether business or consumer.
What you'll do:
- Manage client requests and issues, provide assistance with integration, technical issues and industry-related questions
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value, hold introductory meetings with new clients and establish a strong cooperative relationship
- Keep the clients updated regarding our daily operations, new improvements and features
- Track clients’ progress with integration and analyze their use of our product through a sophisticated CRM and CS system
- Increase revenue from a portfolio of our clients, upsell new features
- Research relevant industries, propose new improvement ideas
- Close cooperation with the Business Development and Marketing teams to aid each other in our processes
- Educate clients about our industry, create rules and workflows to reduce friction for users and decrease the number of fraudulent transactions

- Excellent active listening skills
- Experience in B2B sales and SaaS businesses
- Experience with CS and CRM products (e.g. Totango, Gainsight, Hubspot)
